How do I order?
So Flossy is made to order just for you.
For the freshest, fluffiest and tastiest fairy floss, the sweetest candy you’ve ever tasted and the easiest way to add a sweet touch to your special occasion – pop in store and chat to us to place an order for your upcoming event!
Alternatively, if you already know what you want, jump over to our Online Shop & place your order for delivery Australia Wide or pick up in store!

What shipping method do you use?
Local Pick Up
Available to all customers local to our lolly shop in Highfields QLD 4352 during opening hours (Wednesday to Sunday).
Shipping via Aramex
Orders are collected by the courier from our shop every Thursday. Standard & Express rates available at Checkout.
Where is So Flossy located?
We are local at the beautiful Toowoomba QLD (4352).
So Flossy goodies can also be ordered online for local pick up or delivery.

Our fairy floss & swirl pops are: Gluten free, nut free, dairy free, vegan friendly & completely allergen FREE.

What is the shelf life?
We recommend you consume your fluffy treats (fairy floss only) within 7 days of your intended event date.
BUT… Our delicious floss tubs, buckets and mini tubs are all made-to-order & stored in clear tamper evident containers and can stay fluffy for up to 3 months! Our plastic heat sealed and zip locked bags (in multiple sizes) keep the floss fluffy for around 4-6 weeks.
Leaving you with PLENTY of time to enjoy your fairy floss fix well beyond your event!
Do you offer personalised packaging?
Most of our So Flossy products have the option to customise your very own label for any event. Whether it be for buisness or parties. So Flossy has your next event covered.

Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately we currently cannot ship our fairy floss overseas.
